**This will ensure existing and new clients to be seen for follow-up sessions in a therapeutically appropriate manner. If you believe you have a special circumstance please do not hesitate to email/call me to discuss**

Please enter insurance info at time of scheduling or provide current insurance information via email [email protected]  at least 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment. 

If your insurance requires a deductible be met prior to session coverage, payment is due at the time of service.

It is your responsibility to be aware of your insurance coverage for Outpatient Psychotherapy in an Office setting.

Please Note:  

*I am no longer accepting new state Medical Card holders. 

**Cigna historically has poor coverage for Psychotherapy.  Call and check plan benefits prior to scheduling **
